Ingredients
Aval /poha - 1/2 cupBrown sugar / Jaggery - 1/4 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Cardomom powder - a pinch
Fresh/ frozen grated coconut - 2 tbs
Method
- Soak Poha in the water for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Poha absorbs all the water and it should be wet & soft.
- Add cardomom powder, brown sugar and grated coconut. Mix well.
- Sweet poha is ready.
