LOW CALORIE BANANA MILK SHAKE

Serving size - 1 or 2

Preparation time - 5 minutes


Bananas are the great source of natural energy. It contains vitamins and minerals. It is good for health if we take it 1 or 2 a day.

Ingredients


Banana - 1
Milk - 1/2 cup
Water - 3/4 cup
No calorie sweetner - 2 packets

Method


  1. Add banana, milk, water and sweetner into the juicer and blend thoroughly.
  2. Banana milk shake is ready now. Serve it as cold.
