SWEET POHA/ SWEET AVAL

Ingredients

Aval /poha - 1/2 cup
Brown sugar / Jaggery - 1/4 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Cardomom powder - a pinch
Fresh/ frozen grated coconut - 2 tbs

Method

  1. Soak Poha in the water for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Poha absorbs all the water and it should be wet & soft.
  3. Add cardomom powder, brown sugar and grated coconut. Mix well.
  4. Sweet poha is ready.
